update

Hi friends,

I wanted to express my excitement, happiness and gratitude for joining me this far. It means so much to me that you would take your time to choose to read and listen to what I have to say. Thank you so much!!

I also wanted to say happy holidays and that I hope from now to January and beyond in 2025 that is gentle and happy for you.

I won't be having a podcast or post this week due to being sick since last week and I've been working on these so far on a weekly basis, but I'll have them starting the 6th of January.
